Patricia Holohan is the Principal of the firm. She qualified from UCD in 1984 with a degree in law and as a solicitor in 1992. She has over twenty years experience as a practising solicitor working at the coalface of the legal profession. She trained in Arthur Cox Solicitors in Dublin and went on to work with GJ Moloney, Solicitors in their Cork office where she gained considerable experience in many areas and in particular in litigation before establishing her own practice in Navan, Co Meath.
Her first love is Litigation and she is widely experienced in both Civil and Criminal Litigation, although focussing more on the former in recent years. However, she can turn her hand to dealing with most legal problems in all areas of law required in a successful general practice.
She also has a keen interest in Family Law/Child Law and is happy to take on work privately or through the Legal Aid Board Panel where applicable.
Patricia is qualified also as a Chartered Secretary and is a member of the UK Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
She holds Diplomas in Employment Law and Child Law and a Certificate in Mental Health, Capacity and the Law.
She is a Director of the Drogheda Women and Children’s Refuge.
When not working she enjoys trying (with difficulty) to find the opportunity to improve her golf.
